Using the site
You may use this site to browse our products, place orders and contact us. The content on the site, including text, images and product information, belongs to KoolDoor and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
We try to keep all information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of error. We may change products, prices and content at any time.
Orders and stock
We keep our stock levels current, but availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock when we process your order, we will let you know and may not be able to ship it the same day.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept major credit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order. Cash on delivery is not available.
Prices may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
Shipping
We ship across Australia. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. You are responsible for any special handling or carrier services you request. For full details, see our shipping and returns page.
Returns
Returns are subject to the conditions set out on our shipping and returns page. In general, you must contact us for authorisation before sending anything back, items must be unused and in resaleable condition, and custom or special orders cannot be returned.
Warranty and consumer rights
Our insulation kits carry a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Seal kits and installation labour are not covered by it. See our warranty page for what is covered.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where that law applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KoolDoor is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labour disputes, supply shortages and severe weather.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. They make up the complete agreement between you and KoolDoor for use of this site and your purchases.
