Thermal images measure surface temperature in real time. The colour scale goes from cool (dark purple or blue) to hot (yellow, orange, red). A bare metal door on a warm day shows up almost entirely orange or red. Line it with KoolDoor and the same door sits far cooler.

What the numbers mean

The thermal images make it visual. The spec makes it concrete.

  • Up to 20°C cooler door surface after KoolDoor installation.
  • R1.5 panel rating (PIR closed-cell foam, matte white both sides). R-value measures how well the material resists heat flow. Higher is better.
  • Fire-resistant PIR foam. Not polystyrene.
  • 10-year guarantee on every insulation kit.

The panels work because they slow heat moving through the door. Less heat in means a cooler room in summer and a warmer one in winter.
