We ship KoolDoor DIY kits across Australia. This page explains how delivery works and what to do if you need to return something.

Shipping

We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and where it is going, so you see the cost before you pay.

We keep our stock levels current and aim to dispatch orders quickly. If an item is out of stock when we process your order, we will contact you and let you know the expected timing. Once your order ships, we will send you the details so you can track it.

You are responsible for any special handling or carrier services you request beyond standard delivery.

Returns

If you need to return an item, contact us first for authorisation. Do not send anything back before you have spoken to us, as we cannot process unauthorised returns.

To be accepted, returned items must be unused and in resaleable condition. Custom or special orders cannot be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Stock items

• Within 30 days of purchase: returns accepted, no restocking fee
• 31 to 60 days: 15% restocking fee
• 61 to 120 days: 25% restocking fee
• After 120 days: not returnable

Non-stock and special-order items

• Within 90 days: 25% restocking fee
• After 90 days: not returnable

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away. Insulation kits are covered by our 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and every product you buy from us is covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We will repair, replace or refund where required.
